A. 22. Getting healthy and fit. I won't be checking the scale, just eating clean and work out a lot, until I'm happy with what I see and how I feel.
Three years ago I had a healthy life, almost totally vegan, but one Christmas I just binged on a lot of foods and I threw it all out the window. Since then, my body has been "telling" me that I'm not treating it very good , but I ignored it. I almost had a return last year when I started taking yoga and pilates classes, but I gave those up too. Now, after another binge-full Christmas, I am determined to make it happen once and for all. I don't want to return to veganism necessarily, I just want to lead a healthy life, workout included.
